Baked Ham Recipe Ingredients
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Mix first 2 ingredients in saucepan, add crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice and mustard. Cook over medium heat until thick. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove ham 30 minutes before done and pour sauce over ham and continue to bake, or serve in separate dish to accompany ham.
